  • Clarity's Standard Price List applies only to tasks and jobs named in the price list. Complex, large, rush, or other types of jobs require special quotations and are priced by the job.

  • Prices subject to change without notice.

  • Prices include laser-printed copy and computer spell-checking.

  • The condition of a client's source materials will affect price. For example, smeared or handwritten materials cannot be scanned; they must be entered manually.

  • Requested output format may affect price.

  • Prices assume standard page format - 8-1/2" X 11" double spaced; 1” margins.

  • Prices apply to original pages only. Duplicate copies are extra.

  • We dispose of paper and computer files when a project terminates. Prices do not include storage or return of Clarity or client materials after project completes.

  • We communicate by email, fax, mail, express or overnight mail, and phone.

  • Additional charges apply for shipping, mailing, and telephone costs, as well as other out-of-pocket expenses.
